Right Day Construction is pleased to announce the successful completion of a new, purpose-built dwelling designed for self-contained occupancy. This project, undertaken from the ground up, involved the comprehensive construction of a residential unit intended for use as a granny flat. Key construction aspects included the establishment of a solid foundation, erection of structural walls, installation of roofing and weatherproofing, and the fitting of all necessary utilities. We meticulously executed the interior build, creating distinct living, sleeping, and sanitary spaces, ensuring the dwelling’s functionality and independence.
