HMO Conversion

Right Day Construction successfully completed the conversion of a three-bedroom residential property into six House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) studio apartments. This project aimed to maximize the property’s occupancy potential while providing comfortable, self-contained living spaces. To achieve the desired layout and accommodate the increased number of units, a loft dormer extension was constructed, and a rear extension was implemented. These extensions significantly expanded the available floor space, allowing for the creation of six individual studio apartments, each equipped with private amenities. Furthermore, the project included the installation of two communal kitchen facilities, designed to foster a sense of community among residents. All construction work was conducted in compliance with relevant building regulations and standards, ensuring the safety and quality of the finished development.
