HMO Conversion

Right Day is working hard to turn an old hotel in Bournemouth into six brand new flats! It’s a big job because the hotel was quite old and needed a lot of fixing up. We’re changing the inside of the building to make six separate homes, each with its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom. To make even more room, we’re building a loft extension, which is like adding another floor in the attic! This project needs careful planning and building work to make sure everything is safe and comfortable. We’re making sure the new flats follow all the building rules and are built to a high standard. We’re excited to see the old hotel become a place where people can live happily!
